This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you ("the Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and winph3 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing all use of the winph3.vip website and its associated gaming services. Access to the winph3 Platform, including account registration, deposits, wagering, and withdrawal of winnings, is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is established by Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing conditions. winph3 enforces mandatory documentary age verification as part of the KYC process. Providing false information regarding your age in order to access the Platform constitutes fraud and may be subject to legal action under Philippine law.
Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately and permanently suspended. All funds deposited will be returned to the original payment source. All winnings generated will be voided. winph3 reserves the right to report underage access attempts to the relevant Philippine authorities.
The winph3 Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license for the Philippine market. Players must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of gameplay. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are responsible for determining the legality of such access in their own jurisdiction. winph3 does not warrant that its services are lawful in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.
By registering an Account, the User represents and warrants that they possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law, are not subject to any court order restricting their right to enter into contracts, and are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of winph3 or any of its affiliated game providers, technology vendors, or payment processors.
To access real-money gaming on winph3, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information including their legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.
Each natural person is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) winph3 Account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. winph3 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any balances or winnings associated with such accounts.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, winph3 requires Players to complete the KYC identity verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), UMID Card, Passport, Driver's License, or Voter's ID. winph3 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during a Player's account lifecycle, including during a review of account activity.
Players are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all account information. Any change in name, contact details, or payment method must be communicated to winph3 via the Account Settings page or through the customer support team. winph3 will not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain current and accurate account information.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their winph3 login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Players must not share their login credentials with any third party and must not permit any other person to access their Account.
winph3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication from Account Settings. All activity conducted through a Player's Account while logged in will be deemed to have been conducted by the Account holder, regardless of whether such access was authorized by the Player.
If you suspect that your winph3 Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. winph3 will temporarily lock the Account while an investigation is conducted. winph3 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where the Player failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
winph3 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay (via BSP-member institutions), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). winph3 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency conversion fees charged by a Player's bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's sole responsibility.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. winph3 does not charge a deposit fee; however, third-party payment providers may apply transaction fees governed by their own terms of service.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to the Player's winph3 Balance instantly under normal operating conditions. InstaPay and QR Ph transfers are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits are credited within thirty (30) minutes of payment confirmation at the store. winph3 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processor outages or bank processing times.
All funds deposited to winph3 must originate from a payment method that is legally registered to the Account holder. Players must not deposit funds sourced from illegal activity. winph3 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of the source of funds where deposits exceed reporting thresholds established under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed the KYC identity verification process as described in Section 3.3. Withdrawals will be credited only to payment methods registered under the Player's verified identity — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP. winph3 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on standard transactions. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their receiving e-wallet or bank.
For KYC-verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard compliance review. In cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to forty-eight (48) hours. winph3 reserves the right to extend the processing period where required by law or regulatory direction.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Players who choose to withdraw real-money Balance before completing a Wagering Requirement may forfeit all active Bonus Funds and associated winnings in accordance with the specific bonus terms applicable to each promotion.
winph3 offers promotional bonuses, reload offers, cashback programs, free credits, and tournament prizes from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
All games offered on the winph3 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, bingo, sabong, and instant games — are operated by licensed game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently tested and certified by accredited gaming laboratories in accordance with PAGCOR technical standards.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the long-term theoretical payout rate for each game and do not guarantee any specific payout in any individual session. winph3 does not alter, override, or modify the RNG output of any game. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents the determination of a valid outcome, the affected round will be voided and the wagered stake refunded to the Player's Balance.
The rules governing each individual game — including bet limits, payout structures, side bet rules, and game-specific exclusions from Bonus Wagering Requirements — are published within each game's help or information section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before wagering.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph3 Platform:
winph3 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be involved in prohibited conduct without prior notice. All Account balances associated with prohibited conduct may be voided. winph3 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or relevant law enforcement agencies as required by Philippine law.
winph3 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, temporarily or permanently, where: (a) a Player is suspected of violating these Terms & Conditions; (b) a dispute involving the Account is under investigation; (c) regulatory or legal direction requires such action; or (d) winph3 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used for fraudulent purposes.
Players may request the closure of their winph3 Account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Players who wish to take a structured break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period from Account Settings. Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is fully suspended and the Player cannot access games, deposits, or withdrawals until the exclusion period expires. winph3 will process any pending legitimate withdrawal requests even during an active self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph3 shall not be liable for:
winph3's total liability to any Player for direct losses arising from a proven breach of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total real-money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the cause of action arose. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit winph3's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.
These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from a Player's use of the winph3 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the relevant PAGCOR regulatory framework.
Any dispute between a Player and winph3 that cannot be resolved informally through the Platform's customer support process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who remain dissatisfied after exhausting the Platform's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR's formal complaint mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
